The Reserve at Clemson

Great experience living here, good amenities and renovated apartment!

I lived at the reserve this past year and have had a very positive experience. The staff is nice and prompt in answering concerns. The property is well maintained and looks to make updates to itself frequently. I would recommend it!

I’ve lived at the Reserve for two years now in the four bedroom apartment and I would recommend to students who want lower cost housing. Having three roommates can lead to issues with things like fridge space, but overall the reserve is a good place to live. It’s on the Red Cat-bus route which is convenient if you don’t want to pay for a campus parking pass or need a ride downtown. There have been some bugs in the summer, but I haven’t heard of an apartment in Clemson that doesn’t have a similar issue. Maintenance is quick and the rooms are pretty big; sharing a bathroom with one other person hasn’t been an issue.

Lived here for almost 2 years. im not in school but this place is perfect for any college student! also a great affordable place for anyone eles! ive had a great experience here and would highly recommend!!
