My shoulder was in bad shape, no breaks or fractures, but extremely limited mobility with minor tears in the shoulder around the rotator cuff. Surgery wasn’t needed, but I knew I needed help with the healing process. This is when I was first introduced to dry needling when I found Dr. Scott.
